Living and Dining Redo

I will definitely show the before of this cute cabinet....quite a transformation

Can't wait to decorate the built-in...

We plan on adding a fireplace screen......

In this area we ripped up 30 year old carpet, hand sanded and scraped the wood floors, stained and sealed them.  We also painted, stained the wood work, painted built-in, pulled out original wall heater, put beadboard slats on that wall and hung a radiant heater.   I forgot to mention that all furniture excluding recliner and rattan chair were in this house.... We cleaned and painted all the pieces...A great deal for a 23 year-old, single school teacher!!!  I believe her budget in this room was $300... including window treatments ....Mostly just alot of physical labor...  We are so proud and happy for her...she has such a cute little house!
